Twice now this past year I’ve come to privately ‘know’ people from the internet who have turned out to be quite different from how they portray themselves within the context of their public personas. It’s been quite a roller coaster ride emotionally, to say the least.<\/p>\n

For years I struggled with integrating my intellectual understanding of my own woundedness and the healing experienced only when I gave my entire being to God. This internal struggle played itself out numerous times in failed relationships (“if I just loved enough, they would love me too” kind of thinking).<\/p>\n

Seems to me in reflecting on my own emotional and spiritual challenges that the internet is a perfect vessel for those in that phase of their emotional and spiritual development to portray themselves as who they intellectually know they want to be.<\/p>\n

That’s my initial thought about it. I’ll be reflecting quite a bit in the next few months as I process all of the Lessons related to these two experiences.<\/p>\n

And a special prayer for healing for these two unique Souls.<\/p>\n
