{"id":1722,"date":"2007-10-17T00:53:39","date_gmt":"2007-10-17T08:53:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/shawnna.wordpress.com\/2007\/10\/17\/no-hospital-bed-for-my-son\/"},"modified":"2007-10-17T00:53:39","modified_gmt":"2007-10-17T08:53:39","slug":"no-hospital-bed-for-my-son","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/shawnna.org\/?p=1722","title":{"rendered":"No hospital bed for my son!!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>*sigh*<\/p>\n<p>What a mess&#8230;..   planned surgery for over a month only to be told the beds are full and he&#8217;ll have to spend the night in the recovery room.<\/p>\n<p>So he&#8217;s bunking down there and I&#8217;m stretched out between two chairs in the surgery waiting room.<\/p>\n<p>And it&#8217;s almost 2 AM and of course instead of sleeping, I&#8217;m posting here.<\/p>\n<p>And now it&#8217;s 4 AM and after tossing and turning in the chair, I finally gave up and went to my car to sleep.  At 7:45 AM I woke up and went back to the hospital surgery waiting area and the moment I turned on my cell, it rang.
