{"id":4563,"date":"2019-07-07T11:38:02","date_gmt":"2019-07-07T18:38:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/shawnna.org\/?p=4563"},"modified":"2019-07-07T13:41:27","modified_gmt":"2019-07-07T20:41:27","slug":"i-want-to-live-to-100","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/shawnna.org\/?p=4563","title":{"rendered":"I want to live to 100"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I&#8217;m 65 years old.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I had a very close relationship with my grandma (on my mother&#8217;s side), and I was very close to my mother-in-law who just recently passed away after a long struggle with Alzheimer&#8217;s.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Neither of my sons had a close relationship with their grandparents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">My granddaughter is due in November and I want to be close to her.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Today was my <a href=\"https:\/\/www.covingtonwa.gov\/aquatics\/stay_active!\/water_x_aerobics.php\">first water aerobics class<\/a> and<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>I LOVE IT!!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">My goal is to get in real good physical shape in the next 12 months so I can live to be 100 and see my granddaughter graduate high school and maybe have children of her own.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I always do better when I have a tangible goal.  <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I&#8217;m 65 years old.
