Are you using the internet for research? Hoaxing as an art form
If you use the internet for researching information, it is important to know exactly what’s going on ‘out there’.
Perhaps you’re like I was a little over a year ago – very naive and idealistic about what I was able to discover using the internet as a research tool.
All too often I’ve seen otherwise very intelligent individuals adopt some very ‘out there’ beliefs based on information they’ve gleaned from the internet. And I’ve wondered why that happens? Why do otherwise very bright, articulate people adopt beliefs that seem so far removed from reality?
