Executives who are not held accountable for decisions
Senior executives who are not held accountable for the results of their decisions are causing people to lose income and eventually their jobs.
Why is this so very clear to me and yet not even acknowledged?
There’s a lot of talk of rewards won for this and that and yet the basic functions expected by our members are non-existent and if they are, inaccurate or provide a less-than-optimal member experience.
But those corporate awards make for good bullet points on a resume. And obviously impress board members who don’t know any better.
