No wonder my right forearm is so painful. Glad I mentioned it to my primary care doc.

You may recall the problems I was having with my wrist. I had a scaphoid non-union break thirty years ago. The scaphoid began to die a few years ago. (necrosis). First they pinned it together and took bone from my hip to fill the hole. My body ate the bone, and finally, after much pain, a year ago November the VA performed a major operation on my wrist. They removed the scaphoid and fused the wrist. I have about twenty percent movement now. But no pain! I hope you don’t have to go that route.
